20% commission on all closed sales
7% recurring monthly residual on retained clients
$500 base activated after 10 closed sales

Respond quickly (5-10 minutes) to inbound leads
Make scheduled calls
Follow a structured one call close framework
Overcome objections and close sales
Maintain client relationships to support retention
Manage pipeline activity inside HighLevel CRM
2+ years of B2B or high ticket sales experience
C1/C2 English proficiency (near native fluency)
Must be easily understood over the phone by US based contractors
Comfortable building rapport with US blue-collar workers
Available during US business hours
Ability to respond to leads within 5-10 minutes
CRM experience required
Attend all required trainings
