Experienced Remote B2B Sales Closer

$800–$1,000/Mo Base+20% Commission + 7% Residuals

BlueSky Reputation is a U.S. based digital marketing firm helping local home service businesses improve their Google visibility and reputation. We are seeking an experienced commission-based closer for cold calling leads and close B2B service contracts. Leads provided long-term growth opportunity.

Compensation Structure

20% commission on all closed sales
7% recurring monthly residual on retained clients
$800-1000 base depending on experience
Weekly commission and base payouts
Monthly residual payouts

Role Responsibilities

Make 100 outbound calls a day
Make scheduled calls
Follow a structured one call close framework
Overcome objections and close sales
Maintain client relationships to support retention
Manage pipeline activity inside HighLevel CRM

Requirements

2+ years of B2B or high ticket sales experience
C1/C2 English proficiency (near native fluency)
Must be easily understood over the phone by US based contractors
Comfortable building rapport with US blue-collar workers
Available during US business hours
Ability to respond to leads within 5-10 minutes
CRM experience required
Attend all required trainings
