Experienced Remote Sales Closer

BlueSky Reputation isa U.S. based digital marketing firm helping local home service businesses improve their Google visibility and reputation. We are seeking an experienced commission-based closer to handle inbound leads and close B2B service contracts. Leads provided long-term growth opportunity.

Compensation Structure

  • 20% commission on all closed sales

  • 7% recurring monthly residual on retained clients

  • $500 base activated after 10 closed sales

  • Qualified inbound leads provided

  • Weekly commission payouts

  • Monthly residual payouts

Role Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Respond quickly (5-10 minutes) to inbound leads

  • Make scheduled calls

  • Follow a structured one call close framework

  • Overcome objections and close sales

  • Maintain client relationships to support retention

  • Manage pipeline activity inside HighLevel CRM

  • 2+ years of B2B or high ticket sales experience

  • C1/C2 English proficiency (near native fluency)

  • Must be easily understood over the phone by US based contractors

  • Comfortable building rapport with US blue-collar workers

  • Available during US business hours

  • Ability to respond to leads within 5-10 minutes

  • CRM experience required

  • Attend all required trainings
